Rohit is a seasoned finance executive with 16+ years of experience leading global finance functions across technology, SaaS, and life sciences industries. A licensed Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey, a Chartered Accountant from India, and a Founding Member of the ICAI New Jersey Chapter, he brings deep technical expertise and a proven track record of building audit-ready, investor-ready financial infrastructure for high-growth and private-equity-backed companies.
Rohit has extensive experience in capital markets readiness, multi-entity consolidations, treasury management, financial modeling, and enterprise-wide systems modernization. He possesses robust knowledge of both US GAAP and IFRS, enabling him to support cross-border reporting, complex accounting matters, and global compliance requirements. His leadership includes driving IPO/SPAC readiness, strengthening internal controls, accelerating close timelines, and delivering board-level financial insights.

Ruby is an accomplished finance professional with 16+ years of experience specializing in ASC 606 revenue recognition, technical accounting, financial reporting, and financial operations for complex, multi-million-dollar organizations. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey, a Chartered Accountant from India, and a Founding Member of the ICAI New Jersey Chapter.
Ruby brings strong expertise in both US GAAP and IFRS, enabling her to interpret complex contracts, design compliant revenue processes, and prepare high-quality financial statements for global organizations. Her background includes leading month-end close cycles, developing technical accounting memos, managing revenue and AR operations, cleaning and shaping data sets and creating data models, Financial modeling and analysis, supporting M&A and equity transactions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across sales, legal, FP&A, product, and engineering.
